Geometric Portraiture
I'm still pursuing this mix of minimalism and geometric abstraction. And I'm throwing some curves into my usual straight-edged shapes.

And some horses are making their way into the series:
I have a solo show scheduled for November 2026 at KORE Gallery in Louisville. Right now, the tentative title is 'Heads: Human+Horse.' We'll see. There's still time for me to change my mind, but I like where these heads are going.
Other Work
I've tackled another tree painting, but in a smaller format than usual, and it's proving to be quite a challenge. It's very complicated, which is usually easier to handle on a larger canvas. This is where it stands right now . . .

New Gallery
I'm happy to announce that I now have work exhibited at Art@106, the home of the Henry County Art and Crafts Guild in New Castle, KY. I don't even have images of my work on the wall yet, that's how new the relationship is. The gallery was opened in October of last year. For those of you familiar with the work of Wendell Berry, Art@106 is directly across the street from The Berry Center.

I'll leave you with my Art Nouveau tribute to the Year of the Snake.
